Star Quilt

My quilt from Nundle....Cream and Browns are so warm colours the fabrics are lovely...aim so happy with the quilt that I made at "Cottage on the Hill" retreat in August with Kerry Swaine.....

Kerry sent the quilt to Betty in Cowra for me to have it stippled....she has done a lovely job!!!!

This quilt is for a good friend for her wedding gift...we have a great time when we go to Nundle...

I will be away till early November...hope to do some hand stitching on our trip....we will just get home in time for my daughters second child to be born....

My Little blue chook.....this is from Girls Day out in Nundle...I would have finished the stitchery today but ran out of cotton....I haven't been blogging for the last 10 days...my mum has been in hospital!!!!

Priya's Little Sleeping Bag

This is the finished sleeping bag that I made for my granddaughter Priya...it has come up very well I used my daughters woollen blanket for the wadding....I used flannels to make a quilt cover for the woollen blanket...I used the flannels so it would be lovely and warm!!!!I then quilted the quilt all together...I have put Priya's name on the sleeping bag I jazz it up with buttons...Ric /Rac...ribbon.....

Priya's Sleeping Bag

I have been making a kids sleeping bag for my granddaughter Priya....
I have my girls single beds woollen blankets from when they were kids...so aim trying to use them as the wadding.... My daughter likes wool or cotton for Priya bed.... they are going on a trip next week...doing the Great Ocean Road in there new camper van....so it will be quit cold at night!!!!! I will keep you posted with Pic's soon....

Crochet flowers

Little cream crochet flowers.....I will be using them in my heirloom quilt...My son in laws nan made them for me!!!! she crochets beautifully....

Bits and Pieces

This is my little purchases from Nundle....we are so blessed to be able to have weekend retreats away....with are all the girls!!! and have the same interested in quilting .......... there friendship is so special !!!!!!

Nundle Quilt

This quilt is one that I made when we went to "Cottage on the Hill" ....It was fun to make I made in the creams and blues...am so happy with it....it for my cousin she loves blues and cream tones....I also made it in creams and brown tones...I will put it on my blog when I get it back from been quilted....I made the two quilts that weekend at Kerry's.....sorry I haven't been blogging I have had a sick mum....We have put her into hospital this week....

Little Goodies

Road trip last weekend to cobar....we had the best time with the girls the quilting shop is lovely...I got a kit for my daughter Natasha...she is having her second baby at the beginning of November....it is Old Macca s Farm it is just lovely... hopefully I will have it finished for the baby arrival...I got some goodies also....Carol did a great job to organised it for us girls thank you Carol...

Road Trip

This weekend 8 lovely Ladies are going on a road trip to Cobar.....Carol has organized the trip to the Cobar Quilting shop.....we will stop for morning tea....then we will do a little shopping!!!!!We will have lunch in Cobar....then home.
